So here is the 9x14 Tom.

It's set up for any lug combination hole pattern you want now.

Kidding. Lots of lug holes.

Filling in all holes with FG resin and tint combinations.

9x14: Filled all the holes.

Squared, trued.

Did the edges.

See pinstripe bearing edge in center/top.

I "invented" "yeah sure?" this Sharpie mark and sand off system,

only to find out that a member of another forum does the same thing.

He learned it from another Blaemire guy named

This kit came with a 9x14 Mounted tom.

Filled all the holes with polyester resin and fiberglass cloth as needed.

Typical finish processes.

Layed out the new lug pattern to hide as much of the butchery as possible.

It came out pretty good. Considering.

This has been a very cool project, much different then what I do, I have enjoyed your thread!

Is anyone selling a Blaemire kit?

Jenkins Martin Drums make them.

A beautiful re-creation of Al's shells.

Legacy (Original) kits are rare.

Do you know of anybody selling a Jenkins-Martin kit either? I love the sound I hear on YouTube videos of these. There's a Blaemire on eBay I might get.
