Here is a sneek preview of the snare. Its just kinda loosely put together, I have not polished the chrome yet. Need to get back to my job.

That looks awesome! Get some wires on that drum. :)

I can't wait to see pictures of the whole kit. Oh and some sound file, please. If you have an iPad, the mic actually works pretty good at capturing a quick sound file.

Thanks Tim, I dont have an Ipad, just this ten year old Dell XPS. If I could learn how to make a sound file I certainly would do it.

Well, I put some cheepo wires on the drum that were from those Mapex drums I just bought. This drum will be awsome, thats all I can say. Still need to drill a vent hole and possibly install a muffler.

Thats about the end of this thread. Once I get the concert toms together and all the badges on I will shoot a few pics and post them in the main part of the forum. Seems like 90% of the guys following this thread have lost interest. Thank you to everyone who has responded and helped me with decisions along the way.

Thank you!

With over 4000 views I don't think many have lost interest. I think some keyboards short out from guys drooling on them over your drums~! Thus leaving them unable to reply. It's been really interesting to follow along on this one Jeff. Very well done Sir~! Walking

YES!... you should!, and... pick out the ONE NICEST pic/view, and post that up in the "Drum Image Gallery" so they will show on the home page. You did an incredible job on those Rogers Jeff. They should be seen!... as well as heard.

Okay, will do. And thank you for the compliment, that means a ton coming from a Rogers’s expert like you. I was wondering if it would be Ok to post in the image gallery due to the “customization” and using script badges and all. I kind of thought that area was more for stock drums. But with your permission/request I will do it.

Thanks again Tommy, I really appreciate it!

Thank you!
