Somebody offered me a set of cymbals at a really great price for my grandson's kit and now I can't recall who it was for the life of me!

You know who you are! LOL Please pm me as I'm ready to buy now.

Shells will be wrapped by next week! Photos to come...

I ordered the wrap from Precision, waiting on that.

Soon! Hang in there a little longer. I was waiting for some $ to arrive that we were expecting and it finally showed up. The wheels are turning...

I still need a set of cymbals for the kit. If anybody has some for sale, contact me please.

Ok - time to revive this thread!

I (finally) thanks to several good people, have everything I need to complete this kit. Drums, cymbals, stands, the works. I have painted all the shell interiors white, (if you recall, the insides of the shells were painted orange, of all colors,) the shells have been prepped and sanded and I like to clip the wrap onto each shell for a couple of days before gluing so it relaxes and takes the shape of the drum it'll be going on. Glass wraps are stiff and brittle, it helps to 'shape it to the drum' before gluing. I'm currently working on the bass drum. I restarted the thread because this will start to go pretty fast now. Hopefully, the kit will be finished and ready by the end of this week.

The protective clear plastic is still on the wrap, so it doesn't shine like it will when the plastic covering comes off. I'm loving the green glass wrap. I may do another kit in this wrap for myself in the future. Killer finish.
