Is this your Superbowl Half time buy?

Mine is like yours and on the list to restore one day . . .

I just picked up this 1920's Ludwig & Ludwig Birdseye Maple Field Snare Drum that was used by the Hexamer Fife and Drum Corp of NJ.

Am doing some research into the drum corp as I believe it is based on a a famous Civil War Captain William Hexamer who commanded an artillery battery in the Civil war - Gettysburg and the family is from the Newark NJ area where he's buried.
