Just a small update on these. Been a while! I scored more BnB lugs. So that quest is almost over. They do have some small cracks but all will get the JB weld fix. The chome is excellent and came with all inserts, spring, screws and washers. Have a few other things in the works. Hoping to get the lugs done and on the shells over the next month as time permits. I called it when I said this would be a long time project!! Ha. :D

Stay tuned and as always thanks for playin along.

Keep posting ....

I'm watching the progress as well..

I would almost suggest you do some mild sanding of the wrap...to remove the yellowing...while your looking for the hardware..

It'll keep ya busy...until then..

Thanks Kelly! It's a long expensive road but I'm also learning a ton about Rogers drums.

Oh forgot to mention these lugs (and the shells) came from Chris (optikdrums) and is always A+++ to deal with.

I had the chance to get some lugs on the 16" this morning. Nice to see some progress. I'm sure it's been a long time since these shells saw any action. Rest of the large BnB lugs need the cold weld process for some cracks. Then I can finish this one and the 22" bass. I still need another 4-5 lugs to complete them but getting there.
