Here is a pic of the vintage black oysters in action...a blues/rock trio gig I did last winter with this kit. I used it several times with these guys. The snare is a Yamaha wood shell that I used that time...a little blurry, but hey.

Very cool! and great way to display your kits. You would need a museum to keep all your kits set up all the time.
