yes it does,...
The hole pattern looks like this.
The middle hole in the picture also measures one inch exactly.
The Gemini theory's a good one but you also said "From what I can see, Camco never put mounts forward of the badge from the seat." But they did - our Belgian friend Stedi's got one with a clearly factory installed triangle mount between the badge and the front hoop. The issue with Camco, as ever, is whatever you wanted you could get either from the factory or from your local drum supplier so there's endless minor variations on stuff like this and it kicks "collector orthodoxy" or what's "right" out the window. Trick is to make them look good and play them a lot and that's about the best you can hope for. I think the rail mount idea with the Ludwig style "horn" into the existing "floor tom leg mount as tom mount" seems workable - then you've "just" got to fill that huge hole and attendant holes.
I believe Jeff has an Oaklawn badge.
I want to take a minute to thank some people.
Stedi, great deal on 8 beautiful rods
Stallwart, free muffler and a lead to another one.
Slingalud, taking the time to date my drums and come up with the wrap from hoop idea.
All others for offering parts for sale/trade and general advice and support.
Couldn't do it without you guys, this is probably my most challenging restore project and you guys are making it easy so far.
So thank you, thank you thank you! (Gomer Pile)
Still on topic, I think. Anyone seen it done this way? I lifted these off the bay.
Wow! That's the first time I've ever seen that mount. The single tom mounts I've seen were the lighthouse looking things on a single plate, -vs- the double holed chrome plate for a dual rack tom mount.
Jeff: You're doing great! I can't wait to see the finished product.

That one with the pix lifted off ebay looks like a Swivomatic (or Japanese copy thereof) stuck into existing Camco brackets at either end, I'd guess.
Actually it's my eBay listing and if you read the description I fashioned the mount from a Rogers swivo tom arm positioned into a post that fit perfectly into the original Camco triangular base mount.(Camco single tom arms are extremely hard to find)...I wanted to maintain the integrity of the factory single tom mounting system without drilling any extra holes or making any shell modifications. In order for the Swivo tom arm to fit seamlessly into the Camco tom mount I used a Camco bass drum spur mount which as most of the Camco folks know is exactly the same as the tom mount but has 4 notches enabling it to accept the Camco hex curved spurs. This allowed the swivo hex arm to fit perfectly into the Camco mount. The end result is a super strong mounting system which looks very close to factory and incorporates the advantages of the multiple adjustment angles that the swivo arm offers. I currently have 3 Camco kits with factory original double and single mounting systems and I can tell you that in my opinion this one is the strongest and most versatile.
As a side note, if the 24 and 14 don't sell I will be taking them to the Chicago drum show in May where I have a booth...Carolina Classics Booth #73...stop by and say hi...I'll have another Camco set for sale as well...Oaklawn 22/12/12/16 with matching Aristocrat snare.
See you in Chicago...

Bob, that is genius! Thanks for chiming in and explaining the mount set up. I hope to get to the show, if I do I will stop by for sure!
Jeff,
If you do make it to the show, please stop by for a visit...good luck with your Camco restoration. You're going to love these Camcos! Looks like you've already got some great suggestions and help from the experts here.
