Now I need a 12x? rack tom and 14x? floor tom to match and Im all set.

Hey Shawn..nice kit but its not a Downbeat.The Downbeat kit consisted of 20,12,14 and a 4x14 downbeat snare or a supraphonic snare.Check out the vintage drum guide .Good luck wth those beautiful Ludwigs and nice clean up.
