Good Lord who would think legs wouldn't be included when buying a floor tom? Lame

From Olimpass

It’s this posted seller picture that would insinuate to me that the legs were included. They’re laying right on the drum itself.I see you getting the legs or you’ll have to return the drum for a full refund. I’m guessing this is how eBay will want to settle this. It seems the seller probably won’t give money back for no legs so unfortunately I think it will be eat the deal with missing legs or get the full refund returning the drum. Not cool by any means of this seller but hope something gets settled and wish you the best.

Olimpass, you called it. Probably one time when you hoped you were wrong.

Thanks for posting about this. I'll be sure to avoid that seller.

I doubt that the seller used this drum without legs, but that's just a guess. I still contend that a floor tom-sized drum hanging on a floor stand or on a suspension mount IS NOT A FLOOR TOM. Even if it has tom leg receivers on the shell,if it's up in the air, it's no longer a floor tom. A buyer should not expect to get floor tom legs with such a drum. But, having stated the obvious, I still recommend that a buyer makes sure to determine with the seller whether or not tom legs will be included with the drum.

No matter how far you push the envelope, it is still stationery.
