I mean does anyone have any ideas about this thing? It is indeed a wrapped kit so what gives? What makes this one so special?

From Mr.Lud

I bet you a million dollars your wrong. They glued it then they drilled it. Its a perfect match.

I suppose, would`nt be the first time !!

It just appears that way in the other photo and still have`nt seen concreate anything with this kit except, it went through Hamilton`s.

Trust in VM2k, He`s one of the guys to talk to about this.

The Aristocrat I showed also has the stamped re-ring numbers in the snare, it probably is an ID file type code !!

Your wrap looks to have a black backing, I wonder if WFL had other kits with that wrap !!

Love to see it when you complete restoration. What type of HH and stands do you have planned for it ? Your cymbals have 60`s markings but ya never know,...well one guy on here would know !!

It`s a drum,.....Hit It !!

I have the speed king pedal it came with and then the matching high hat stand. I have no idea if any others have the wrap. It is indeed a ID number. When it came to the drum shop they put this in there along with the stamp as their inventory system. If only I could get my hands on that paperwork. That is my best guess as the 2 WFL kits I have seen that have this number were BOTH from the drum shop.
