vintage-like home made drum

Folks, I got lucky and had some extra time. I was able to finish the complete kit. There's still some detailing I have to do (for example grommets), but the complete thing is up for a test run now.

Been playing it a band rehearsal. It is really present and cuts through the mix nicely. The toms are loud enough en sound very clear. The bass is a firm kick in the ass, but has a lot of musical tone. I haven't tuned it to perfection, but it allready sounds really good.

After some time, when all the detailing is done, I'll post some higher quality daylight pictures.

The kit is completely finished now, all the detaiing is done. It sounds very good. It sounds... vintage. Warm and woody.
