Nice playing guys and very cool kits. Maybe we can start a new thread (if it hasn't already been) of videos of vintage only kits? BTW I don't have any yet, my teardrops are under construction. Hopefully done in about a month.

Tommy what do you think of the idea of creating a sticky called; Vintage Drum Sound Files in the General section? The guys can 'link' to You Tube files in their post submissions so it won't take up any extra bandwidth. Bounce it off of Dave and see what he thinks. I think it would add to the sites usefulness as a research tool. It would be a great resource for guys who are thinking about plunking a grand or more down on a vintage kit if they could come to VDF and sample a sound file or two of the kit. The members own and play lots of rare-birds that you won't be able to hear anywhere else. It would be nice to have them all together in one spot... one stop shopping!
