Killer drum room Mark ! I really like the blue sparkle Rogers and silver sparkle Slingys. The American Flag drums are very cool also - what make ? I hope your move goes well and that you have a similar drum space in your new "pad"

Hi Doug!
I refer to the "American Flag" drums as my "Spirit of America" set! They are a Slingerland HSS Artist Classic kit from 1994. All the drums had the wrap removed when I bought them and my girlfriend suggested a patriotic theme. The wrap is from Bum Wrap Drum Co.

Thanks for the info - Love the kit. Congrats on the quick house sale. Hope your move goes according to plan - sounds like you've got it all figured out and are on a good speedy track.

Ten out of ten for the kits & another ten out of ten for the immaculate presentation of that room... As someone who spent 40 years in the top end Hi Fi industry.. great to see a great quality "Old School" sound system in operation in a drum room... I cannot determine the brands but it looks to be best quality equipment... Impressive..
Cheers

Funny Post Mikey!! You're probably right...and that scares me!!
Michael! Thanks for the compliments on the room. It took quite some time to get it like that!
John! Yes, I love my stereo...and it probably does qualify as "old school"! From top to bottom, the components are...
Technics SL-Q2 turntable with Shure M75E Type 2 cartridge
Technics RS-M236X cassette...with new belts. What a pain to install!
Olive Musica digital music player/streamer
Anthem TLP-1 Preamp Tuner
JVC XL-MC301 CD player with external 100 disc "juke box". Works flawlessly!
Anthem PVA-2 Power Amp
Quad 23L speakers
Dayton Audio 10" Powered Sub. The green/black box to the right is an extra Dayton plate amp. They always seem to go out!
I also have a vintage 1971 stereo system, which is currently packed away!

Your room has inspired me to get mine going. It will never be as neat and organized as yours is but I do have a nice big space to work with. Vintage stereo guy here too!

Hi Jeff! Really glad that I was able to inspire you! I'm taking a break from taking down my drum room and listening to 60's and 70's music on my stereo!
This is all actually really sad for me. I spent a lot of time getting the "drum room" to this state and now everything has to come down. I won't have a room this large to devote to dedicated "drum room" at my new place, but it will actually become a "drum house"! Maybe that's better? Only time will tell!
