I think a lot eludes you. Clearly not only the editing of my first remark a few messages ago for a one more conciliatory to put an end to this. It's on you for resurrecting this not me. How about you try what I did 2 posts ago. Got it in you?

No, because I know it will only take a little bit more to get you steaming mad again, like always.

You’re right about the permission part. My BD gave it to me as a gift last Christmas, he said that I “deserved it”. Honestly, I though he would’ve been better off selling it and the other stuff in there (there were some old 40’s intermediate and professional model cornets back there with the kit among other things). For all of those who think I stole it, I’m not that immoral, and also not stupid enough to try and lift a relatively large kit from a very open band room. Also, Hobbs, I’ll add some details to clear things up. The policy our school district has is that if it’s on the schools registry, then the school decided what happens to it and where it goes. If there’s an unregistered item in a classroom that isn’t someone’s (the kit for example, or the other instruments in the back), then the teacher is able to take management over that object. That includes selling the item and put the money from the sale into the band’s funds.

Sorry if from my first post it sounded like I accused you of stealing the drums. I assume not, as you seem reasonably intelligent and level-headed! But my wording could certainly suggest that.

Can't wait to see pictures.

Every computer has what's called a URL. It's traceable, like a fingerprint. But you knew that.

I think you mean IP Address or a MAC Address. (Just sayin')

O god, I feel really stupid now seeing that I'm the IT guy. Best not to interject at all in a pi$$ing contest. (just saying)

Lol no worries. Now if you could let me know how to fix this bum external hard drive that would be great...

Well that escalated quickly! I'm a huge fan and collector of the Trans Badge era, and would love to see pics of you r recent find! I have only seen a couple Trans badge Blue Note sets over the last 5-6 years, but neither were 100% complete. Let me know should you have any questions regarding the kit/hardware etc....happy to share what I know.

So I’m just gonna skip over those posts, because I got a couple things to ask/mention

1. Does anyone happen to know where I can get some floor Tom legs that’ll fit the old WFL brackets? I’m fine with new or old, I’m not picky

2. Using the original spade mounts is out of the question sadly, so the pressing question there; should I try and do modern suspension mounts, or use the tops of snare stands? I’m using a Pearl Icon rack to mount all the cymbals and most of the drums on.

3. Not sure if this drum classified as vintage or not, but has anyone else ever heard of or seen a Pearl CL6514? It’s one of the other snares I have, and I’m curious how many people out there have it.
