Seller: Yes. yes. please leave detailed feedback - exhaust yourself so that others may be spared the joy of life you seem not to be getting onto fast enough! - And don't forget to say how you refused my refund offer. And no it's is NOT the same drum -you don't know jack. Ha-
Me:
Don't want to return the drum. I want the floor tom legs, the two Gretsch RB 5-knurled legs and the Gretsch RB 6-knurled leg shown in your pictures on top of the floor tom to which they belong. I’ll even pay postage, after they arrive and remove my negative feedback. That’s the deal or you can credit me $104 for the cost of a set of Gretsch RB repro legs...cheaper than original legs... https://reverb.com/item/6039277-maxwell-gretsch-reproduction-50s-60s-floor-tom-legs-set-of-3. let me know, otherwise we can let ebay decide.
Seller: LEGS NOT INCLUDED - REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU WANT - I'M NOT SANTA CLAUSE, YOUR FAIRY GOD MOTHER, OR THE TOOTH FAIRY
Me: Then we’ll leave it up to eBay to decide.. Love the all caps, but “Santa Claus” doesn’t have an “e”
Seller: I am contacting eBay on your misrepresentation and extortion attempt.
Me: I will be delighted to have eBay as an outside referee for this, present the evidence from both sides and see what they come up with. Good luck.
The way I look at it, I have nothing to lose, since I don't have the legs anyway, and everything to gain if eBay decides a partial refund is in order. he is still claiming the drum in the "legs" photo is a different drum. Wow, just wow.
