From BosLover

Bosphorus Cymbals USA used to sell small copper rivets as an accessory item. I'm not sure if they still do or whether they will fit. They had a pretty small diameter though. Perhaps you can contact them.

I bought some Bosphorus and some Agop brass rivets from cymbalsonly.com. The Bos rivets fit the old K. So Im in business! Tried the cymbal with three rivets on a gig yesterday. I think Ill add a couple more for the next one and keep going until I scope out the sounds.

I'm glad the Bosphorus rivets worked for you. I assume they are still made of copper. I found that these small and light weight rivets sound better than others that I've tried. I'm happy they are still available.

Okay, that makes a lot more sense. It sure did not sound like any Old K that I've ever heard

Purple Chord via Reverb has a "nice" 22" old K New Stamp. In a sweet Lighter weight ; was kind enough to send a video. Enjoy "the Zildjian"...

and there's this.

"90% there".. (or was it 9%?.

no mention of the different insignia's over the Turkish K 1940-1978.. and the corresponding build (which equals) Sound.

Mixed the Sound (stamp) eras and made the "Kerope".

Sound, like, cleaned up, New Stamp /era. Which is Ok.

They're an amalgamation of Old K.

My son owns a set of Keropes including 15 inch hats, 18 and 20 inch crash rides, and a 22 inch ride. While they are certainly nice cymbals, they don't sound similar to old K's, IMO, although the 20 inch comes the closest.
