Right now we are sorting through the inserts and rods to make the set complete. Looking at purchasing new inserts and rods but how will we know if they will work in the old MIJ (Slingerland Style) lugs? Anyone ever done this?

I would imagine the screw machine, (prolly Brown and Sharp), that made those t-rods, mass produced them for all the MIJ drum companies.
