Great topic.
Thanks for doing the chart work Mike!
Funny on the replies so far. There are 21 people on one side of the room and over 1000 drums on the other side :-)

I think some of us may have a problem, lol
Am I the only Kent guy here though? I know some of you out in drum land have some.
It's not hoarding when it is cool stuff ! My story anyway.

It's not hoarding if you use it. It's hoarding when you keep all the empty drum head boxes, stick cardboard holders, receipts, etc etc... That's hoarding. Well maybe not receipts, but you get the idea.
Hoarders don't know what they have. They just hoard. Clean and pristine isn't hoarding.
Add me in please.........
Rogers - 4 drums, 2 snares, 6 total.
Slingerland - 11 drums, 2 snares, 13 total.
5 Ludwig drums
6 Ludwig snares
1 Gretsch snare
I love the way you set up the sheet Mike. Are you an accountant or and engineer by any chance? Cool1
It is falling just about where I thought, but with Rogers leading Gretsch to my surprise. But Ludwig is way out there with Slingerland not too far behind. Someone else mentioned they thought we'd be a good predictor of what actually happened in the industry and it seems that is pretty close too and an interesting part of this. Great job working on this Mike. Much appreciated. Some of you guys have a lot of drums. I peaked out way back in the 90's with about 25 Rogers kits at one time. I way down from where I was, but still have probably two sets too many.
PS - Next pole would be, how many of us started off with an MIJ set and graduated to the American made later on in life when they had a few more bucks. Put me down as one. I've often wondered if I would have remained as interested in collecting American ones if I'd had them in the early days.
