Here's a set of 3ply Bollero's in the Rootbeer swirl...20/16/13 & 14 snare

I have to say...the bass had a eq4 (wide open) & I did alil work on the snare,

(Incld pure sound wires & Remo vintage A top & diplo reso)...

These sounds great...the Tom was good, but could never get any projection out of the Flr.

Here's a set of ? They were 67/68...

Bought them off a guy named Peter..hence the bass banner...

They were in pieces,,,when I worked on the Flr...I found a newspaper from the old telegram sun ..dated April 5 / 68...used to dampen the sound...

20/16/13 & 14 snare...

Came with lots of nice cymbals..

I bought these,cyms & 2 Beverly wood snares for $200..

Decent set , but didn't sound like anything special...

Here is a Dixie set that I picked up on Craigslist. 12 Tom , 12x18 bass drum , 13 snare. I later added the 14 inch reknown ft ( Bought from a forum member )

I had no clue that the bass was a 18 until I got home. Couldn't believe it ! I have never seen a 18 inch mij bd.Paid less than $100 for the kit. They sound really good !

My 1969 Pearl Junior Outfit 10. Blue oyster pearl (although the box is labeled "blue agate").

18" bass drum, 13" snare and 12" rack tom. The original kick pedal and cymbal are pretty bad, but the drums themselves sound very decent. I also added a hi-hat to the set-up, since these kits came without one.

Great thread guys. Love seeing all these MIJ kits. I had no idea of the variety that was available back then even though I had a set of my own from '67 to 76 or so.
