Gibraltar makes that cymbal arm that I use on the bass. I use it in a mount that slips inside the double tom mount tom holder. On the other one, that's simply the double tom holder in a stand. One one side of the tom holder, I used a ludwig L arm to fly the 17" cymbal as a crash using one less stand as the ride tom is also mounted there.Mike

I love it. Didn't think any "vintage-style" items were being manufactured anymore, particularly something as lightweight as the bass mount cymbal arm looks. I gather it's pretty solid?

Mike that's interesting Ludwig used the plastic lugs on some vista's too. Was it the Standard series? I never knew that. I thought those were only used on the Educator kits.

Glenn

The drums were called Vistalite Combos. The badge is much like the Standard badge but says Combo on the badge itself. They were single headed toms. Same shells as the regular line of Vistas. Some of the later ones even came from the factory with the regular classics lugs much like Ludwig did with the Standards in the late 60's.

Very solid. I have a shimmed up disappearing spur/cymbal arm mount that goes in the double tom mount on the bass drum. The arm itself is solid metal. I do have a vintage arm like that too. Use it one another kit.
