Matching snare, My Ruby Strata, & Acrolite...
Dig that Ruby Strata!
You have a good eye Slingalud...24, 13, 16, 18 it is and the snare is a new LM402T. The bass and toms were actually part of a Power Factory set #2024 6 ply from around 1980. Most of the drums were neglected and exposed to extreme hot and cold but I kept the best 4 drums and made a nice 1-up/2-down kit so the 13" and 16" were once clip mounted concert toms. These had chrome wrap with riveted seams.
I was never one to go nuts over a finish, but these were just so vibrant and clean, I had to have them! Original heads, rods, everything!

very nice! are there any other particulars you'd like to share about the acquisition? CryBaby
Nice one, DionneDrummer! Go BIG or go home! Wish I could hear that kit...
I recently acquired the 1st version set of WFL "Victorious Drums". This is the rarer version which was made before Ludwig introduced the failed internally-tuned version after only hundreds of this version were built. This set has been in storage for more than 60 years (!) These pictures were taken before any clean-up attempt. (Needs some metal polish).
The 14 x 8" snare is a 1941 "Super Ludwig". The rest of the drums are 1942 and include a 26" bass, 13" mounted tom, and a 16 x 16" floor tom.
