I love Precision Drums... great people to deal with.

Just a note: If anybody is planning to rewrap a kit in this new Merlot finish, I suggest you order it now, while you can. I looked around all over the Internet and Precision Drum (and Steve Maxwell,) seem to be the only places to get it from. You have to order a custom Gretsch kit in order to get it from Maxwell's! This is a killer wrap. Not much available at Precision... word to the wise, order now.

The pre-cut 16"x16" to complete my kit is on the way as we speak. I'll have this puppy done shortly. I can't wait to tune them up and play them. Look for photos...

John I went back for the third...maybe fourth time...to look at your Merlot wrapped drums. They are simply gorgeous. I love sparkle wraps - that has to be one of...if not thee..most beautiful wraps. And on a 50's Gretsch kit...it's does not get much better than that in my books.

Very nice!

Here's a ''teaser"... I'll post photos of the entire kit later. I want to take the pix in daylight so you can enjoy the color of the wrap. Here's the (finally!) completed floor tom. Those are air-cushioned/isolation feet on the floor tom. You gotta hear this thing sing!
