Thanks, Gary...

Some indoor shots. They show off the finish better than the outside shots.

I'm blown away by how beautiful they look John.

I can see you sitting behind them...with a tux...some beautiful stage lighting...the spot lights on you as you go into Take Five (I know Joe Morello played Ludwig - just saying)........Don't know if that is your cup of tea John - it's just the 'classy' image I have when I see the finish.

Again........Congratulations on a fine job = perfect!

I LOVE Joe Morello! The 5/4 groove on, 'Take Five' was one of the first jazz 'pieces' I ever committed myself to learn note for note. I was 13 and I thought, Joe Morello was God.

Thanks gents... I get to take them out for a spin on Tuesday. I have a guitar player and a bassman coming in on Tuesday to work on some original stuff the guitar player wrote. It's great material to work with. Fun to play. The guitar player has some great influences and it shows in his writing/playing. I'll get to play the RB's in a live music setting and it'll really give me a feel for them and where they sit in the mix. I'm really looking forward to just enjoying them.

Those look great!!! You can really see the deep Merlot color in the second pic of the tom. Those are going to look beautiful on stage if you ever take them out.

Like so many other folks on this forum, I've been waiting patiently for your kit to be completed. They're absolutely gorgeous! I think my next re-wrap project will be in Burgundy Sparkle... :) Congratulations!
