Blair, scroll down in the "post thread", (you can also do it when posting an answer) screen. There will be another box below that says "Manage Attachments". When you click that button, another box will open. In the top section, it will ask you to "Choose File", then hit the upload button. As long as you know where your pix are, your're on your way! The program, usually, will bring up your photo utility.
