I bought myself a set on EBay. Waiting for it to arrive....more later!x-mas3

I bought myself a Kent champagne sparkle FT to go with the CS Kent kit I restored last year. Got it a week ago - Still cleaning her up.
Last year was a very drummy x-mas at my place. Wife got me a Pork Pie 8" X 14" silver sparkle maple snare to go with the snareless Gretsch Catalina Club Mod kit (silver sparkle w/black sparkle stripes) she got for my b-day, 3 weeks prior.
This year... I think I *may* be getting an iPod touch????? Haven't started opening gifts yet.
My wife totally surprised me with a Catalina Club Jazz kit. What a great little kit! I can't believe how much low end in these shells. The funny thing is she's always telling me "no more drums!", now she is letting me keep these upstairs in the living room right next to the piano. The only condition is that I don't play them every time I walk past them.
Hope everyone had a Great Holiday.
I got a Camco Oaklawn drum set for myself, it arrived on Christmas eve via UPS, it couldn't have been any better timed had I planned it that way, and it didn't! It was a very Merry Christmas!
Wow sounds like everyone must have been well behaved this year. I bought myself a present, a blue sparkle Clevland era Rogers Powerter snare. Can't wait for it to arrive safely. It should sit nicely behind my blue sparkle Cleveland Rogers Headliner set (20,12,14)!
Cheers.

Update - Got the iPod. It's awesome. No drums, but I already have too many... NOT!!!
Hi gang... good place to say hi too. I got a natural maple finished '69 Ludwig set. I need a few little things for it, but she's great.
Welcome... those keystones stand out so great against natural shells... for that nice display of timber and timbre. :)
Be sure to share a picture in the gallery when you're ready.
I gave a nice players set of Rogers to a very promising young drummer. 20-12-16, along with a hat stand, pedal, cymbal stands, and some just above entry level cymbals. The drums are the perfect size for her.
