Never been to that site before. Just that one thread leaves me to believe they all might be smoking crack. Of course then there are all the various Facebook drum groups, misinformation seems to carry the day on those as well.

The Ludnuts are abundantly represented in that silly discussion thread. It's an effing aluminum alloy drum shell with the most common Ludwig strainer ever used on a drum. Enjoy it if you like it. Ignore it if you don't care for that drum.
