That is a Walberg and Auge model and was made for several of the drum companies. It is a taller version of their original low boy. The majority of the W&A gear was built like Sherman tank and will last forever. Good stuff, especially for what I call a "working drummer".

Yep. I have an old "WAMCO" hi-hat stand, too. It folds up and transports better than any modern stands...but the action is a bit sketchy. Mine has an aluminum sleeve screw that joins the top and bottom sections.
