Valley Drum Shop Blaemire SN

Loading...

Just got this.

Built by Valley Drum Shop.

The same shop I first found out about the Blaemire shells.

With original label.

I took it off for finishing and saved it.

6.5 x 14 ten lugger! You lucky, lucky dog! What kind of lugs and strainer is it pre-drilled for?

Great score! Can't wait to see it assembled and ready to play.

John

Too many great drums to list here!

10 Imperial Lugs with arc cut out for Supra bead.

Pearl MIT copy throw off. Broken missing screws=trash.

Originally drilled for P-85.

I have one, chrome plate no black interior.

1 extra hole below top P-85 hole in middle.

Filled now.

Butt plate is the one that goes with a P-85. What's that model #?

Muffler is a Ludwig Big round knob.

I have a pic in original condition.

Trying to resize.

Ok...so I'm ignorant when it comes to Blaemire drums. What's all the hubub about these fiberglass shells? No disrespect if any was made...I just don't know anything about these drums. Educate me, Fellas.
