Had a 3 1/2” scrap shell from a buddy that cut down a 14 x 10 shell and made a snare for himself. Didn’t want to put any holes in it just yet, so bought a used Pearl free floater and VOILA! A Blaemire free floater!
Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....
