Mark,Absolutely beautiful, both in the detailing and the patriotism. I recently posted a thread asking any members for their opinions about the BumWraps. Your photos answer my question. I played a Veterans Appreciation concert last night, and your kit would have been super-appropriate. You've inspired me. Next year, I think I'm going to be prepared.Mike

Hi Mike!

Thanks for the kind words! I've no doubt my kit would have been perfect for your gig...and glad to inspire you for next year!

I remember your post about Bum Wraps. I really feel they are a great product. While you certainly can install this over existing wrap, it's probably too thick. I'm glad my shells were already bare. The wrap was installed with care, using plastic clamps from Harbor Freight. The wrap is only secured at the overlap with a very thin piece of double-sided tape, installed by Bum Wrap. I also took the extra time to hand drill each hole, supported by a block of wood on the other side to allow for clean holes. Time consuming, but well worth it.

STUNNING job, Mark!

If this kit doesn't make you proud to be an American, I don't know what will!

I'd love to share this pic on my facebook page, with your permission, of course. Please let me know if that would be OK with you.

Happy 4th of July to you and yours!

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.
