Thanks for all the wonderful comments from our members! Lately, I always cringe with detailing my kits. Not as young as I used to be! But, this kit was worth it!

Tommyp... Yes, I love green grass, too! Hate to admit it, but since the pictures were taken, not that long ago, there are sections turning yellow! However, this happens every year and is what my lawn always does. Doesn't help that we are in a bad drought and I can't water as much as I'd like!

Atlantaskins, longjohn, Drumguy1988, green glass drum, Wayne Brown, FFR428, Salty 1322 and Dule; your comments are most appreciated!

The snare drum is a matching wood-shell drum! This 1994 HSS kit was cataloged as the SA3000C, consisting of 8x12, 14x14, 14x20 and a 5.5x14 snare drum.

As previously mentioned, I received the kit with no wrap. The original double-sided tape was still on the shells and was a real PITA to remove! All shells had some ply separation at the bearing edges, along with various nicks and small gouges. Every issue was repaired and the shells are quite nice now.

I realize that others have criticized the amount that Bum Wrap charges. Regardless, I felt the price was very fair and the wrap looks great and has a very nice shine to it. I've very happy with the end results!

Mark,

Absolutely beautiful, both in the detailing and the patriotism. I recently posted a thread asking any members for their opinions about the BumWraps. Your photos answer my question. I played a Veterans Appreciation concert last night, and your kit would have been super-appropriate. You've inspired me. Next year, I think I'm going to be prepared.
