Yes we can help. You are going to need some parts. I will post a pic for you to look and to get an idea of what you need.

This will get you started. You can make a post here http://www.vintagedrumforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=5 for the parts you want. You can also watch ebay for these parts, they do show up on a regular basis.

I own several 30's-40's radio kings, you will not be able to wrap this shell it is more than likely warped not in round, and they made two size shells one for paint one for wrapping, here are some pics of the parts you will need the 3 point strainer and both snare gates, good luck, also pm mikey777 he may have the parts you need

For the three point strainer you should call "Bentleys" drum shop. They have a repro version for $50. Trust me, you won't find one cheaper. But hey, if you do let me know. Great drum, have fun restoring it to it's original state.
