Yes, what is confusing me is the hardware on the kit.
If that tom mounting system is ORIGINAL (also the spurs) then the 3-pc. kit is around an '80's and really not that valuable...as by then the Slingerland name had been sold around like 2-bit ho'. By then they were just asian-produced drums of no particular collectors value. They LOOKED like older ones, but their shells and hardware and edges were kinda crap. If this is the case, $250-300.
BUT... if that hardware is replacement hardware and you can find evidence of former holes for the old tom mount and spurs....then check the badge and go to the link below. It could be an older set which someone unfortunately switched the hardware on. If that is the case, the 3-pcs. is probably worth about $500.
Prior to the late '70's, Slingerland still existed as an American-mfr'g. company. But their best stuff comes from the '50's-around '76. After mid 70's...the quality of the maker just nosedives.....
BUT...the snare and other tom are both bona-fide vintage Slingys, 'fer sure.

If the Silver/Black badge #'s on those are lower than 200,000...those are late '60's drums. If they are between about 200,000-350,000...those are early-mid '70's drums. Higher than 400,000...then those are late '70's drums and I would guess the shells ain't the greatest.
(I know the link above says the silver/black badge is from '70's or later...and that teh Niles black.brass badge existed up until '69...but that's not quite correct. The Black/Silver badge began in the late '60's....'67-'68 or so. I have never seen a Niles Black/Brass badge later than '67-'68.)
If the snare itself falls somewhere late '60's - early '70's, then it's worth a good $150 or so on eFlay if the hardware is in good shape. The tom, about $60 or so.
