Whenever someone reveals this kind of thing on a vintage drum forum, it's going to generate some mixed feelings. On the one hand, you've got the people interested in preserving the few remaining examples of complete drum kits....but then again, as mentioned, this kit might have been pieced together, anyway. It's a tough call to make, but it is your call. Good luck!

If all the finishes matched well,and the kit was 22,12,13,14,16.....no extra holes.......thats one thing......

But,a 22,13,13,14,16.....where the finishes are all over the place,5 extra holes in the BD,do you really think it would fetch as much "as is",compared to splitting it up?

I don't,and this way,he is helping maybe 5 people complete/add onto a set.
