Rogers Guys Can I Get Some Help? Last viewed: 2 hours ago

Yeah. Ok. So, maybe they are a faded red ... I might be wrong in stating they are pink. But, in my defense, you can never be too careful. One of my best friends, Frank Graumphlem once purchased a kit under the mistaken belief that it was red. Turns out it was pink. Let's just say, Francine lost his chops and has moved on to macrame plant hangers and pot holders. Dang. I really miss the guy.

Didn't the drummer for the New York Dolls play a custom PINK set of Ludwigs? I know he's kind of in the where is he now catagory, but man he was with the New York Dolls! Laughing H

I got some more pics the snare is a metal Dynasonic. 2 of the cymbals are vintage Zildjians (I think 70s again)

The drums are not painted they are wrapped. I'm putting a pic to see if you guys think the wrap is original. I'm leaning towards yes, but man they are ugly drums.

I also think those hi hats are original Paiste Rudes, you can kinda see them in the first pic any thoughts on that?

Side note nothing wrong with pink drums, I plan on building a custom set of pink and black acrylic drums.

That is most likely Mojave Red, and a really cheap camera. 1978, five ply, preXP8 shells.

This is always a hit, and I do play them out.

Yeah, Mojave red. That's a nice color in person.. I like all the cortex colors Rogers came out with in the 70s.. Aztec Gold, etc.

Rude cymbals.. Cool. Very nice set despite everyone's belittling them.
