JRICHARD that pic you posted is the exact drum i have. and i do know how to replace the lugs by taking the inner shell out. Ill be at the show this sunday on the berlin tpke see you there. By the way how much is this thing worth?

Keep the info I posted incase you have trouble or bring it with you to the show, you might get lucky on getting the lugs. last time I went there were a few guys who had Premier parts and kits.

I just got back from the ct drum show and still no luck finding those lugs. Oh well i guess the search continues.

Post a pic of the lug, front and back, measure the lug, tip to tip and measure from the tip to the mounting hole(s). Do the lugs have a black plastic backer? I'll see what I have in the pile.
