Premier 707

I like the Sonor DeLuxe cymbal stands/hi hat stands/throne/foot pedal from the 60's-70's...

Can someone post a pic please of them?...They are the ones with 3 rubber balls for feet...thanks

Those and Lokfast are about the hippest looking...in my book at least...

Meazzi Hollywood stands are very hip too...but even harder to find then the Sonor ones.......

The guys here are probably sick of me saying this but I think Premier had a brilliant artistic design aesthetic. Their Lokfast stand design is the only elegantly designed cymbal/drum mounting apparatus ever made as a production design as far as I am aware. Truly pieces of art. Everything else is just chromed tubes and band steel that serve the purpose. On top of that, their chrome work was second to none. Premier drums also sounded great. The work you did on that kit is just fantastic. Thanks for posting!

Thanks, Mate! How could we be sick of hearing and reading about someone's appreciation and sense for something beautiful!? Great to get all these positive reactions and to share that pleasure after all the work.

Just awesome. The Golden Sun B707 kit is the kit I dreamed of as a young boy - and its fantastic to know that not only is there still one out there - but its being looked after by someone that appreciates it.

And yes - lokfast styling is the best.... still!!
