Pearl Acrylics info needed

I don't think there are any definitive ways to track it down , short of tracing back to the original sale. I think that you can safely say (99%) built between 1970 & 1974 though.

The concert toms were also sold as separate item.. "The Eight Brothers"..

I do recall though that the build quality of these sets was A1.. and another recollection is that it would take me 4-5 hours to set up a kit out of the box.

Rest assured.. if you do track down the missing toms you will have a kit of decent value.. IMO.

After another search I found this link.. Where ??? right here under our bloody noses...

HI John :) I have seen other links like that but not that one in particular, its a nice thought that the kit may have value but the only value really is to me, however if I ever have kids they may want it left in the will, but Im sure they will be so lazy by then, it might be to much like hard work to set up Mallet Player2

When I have the old kit (Same one, just 20 years ago) I would go in an hour before the band to set up, then there was the sound check, when we started I had no mics at all, but as we got better and the gigs got bigger, most of the FOH desk was mine :) matter of fact here is a picture of my original kit with the Rogers Big R B/Ds -
