This kit is for sale on eBay and is said to be rewrapped in dark oyster blue pearl.
Looks pretty good. Anyone know what the source might be? I've seen similar oyster black, but this is the first of the blue.
Why not ask the seller?

Almost has to be Bum Wrap with that look. Maybe someone has done a new version of that wrap recently but otherwise Bum Wrap was the only option. In which case it's based on a scan of original wrap.
I agree that it is probably bum wrap. I would pass. A wrap made with a picture of a small section of pearl will always look like a picture. Since it is usually made from a small scan, it has to be stitched together in the computer to make an image large enough for a piece of wrap. Because of this you will see the pattern repeat and on a wrap where the pattern is supposed to be completely random, this is a problem for me.
You can clearly see the pattern repeat on both the bass drum and floor tom in the picture.
I's a shame that people are doing everything the wrong way in hopes that it will be good enough. A big part of the beauty of the old version oyster wraps is that they look that way because of manufacturing methods that aren't used anymore. The value of the original style wrap (when found in good shape) is also because of this fact. Anything other than the original is....no.
my 2 cents

Wow, excellent observation. Thanks for that insight.
And, the Top hat and cane pattern does not repeat? Pick all of the nits that you want to pick. To you same nitpickers, a rewrap with an exact duplication of the original wrap is still an unforgivable sin. Carry on with your OCD while the rest of us enjoy good looking rehabbed drum sets that you disapprove of.

They actually use the same process to make oyster pearl wraps. They just don't make an accurate version of the oyster blue pearl. Oyster black pearl has been more accurately reproduced, but not exactly.
