Kenwood is our resident foster parent with his own orphanage. He might have the biggest MIJ collection on here, but also is missing alot of single last drums to complete kits.

MIJ kits.....My count is 7....but I am pretty sure he has me beat.

Back to topic.....most Hoshino kits have the bulkier hardware, not inferior to Star and Pearl like everyone says. (unless edges is a significant variable....which don't seem to matter to me much since I anticipate edge modding most of my MIJs anyway)

I've got 3 MIJ kits. My U.S.Mercury,Tempro Pro, and a pick a name ( no badges ) kit. Most of the ones I've come across the hardware isn't too bad. It still works and has held up. I've literally had modern lugs on lower end kits snap while trying to tune the drums. Never had that problem with any MIJ lugs.
