For the base drum legs , get some 3/8" stainless steel round stock with a good finish. I went to a local machine shop and picked some up. I ordered the rubber "feet" to go on the bottom of the legs from McMASTER-CARR a bag of 10 are $7.18. Part # is #2517T42 they call them a "crutch tip.
