I have an ASBA steel kit (with BD pedal and hi-hat). A tremendous kit, really. I thought about picking up this snare to complete it, but currently lack the funds and dedication to put it back together in its proper state, so decided against it.

If i could get my hand on that snare i would go for it. i seen one many many years back and she was heavy. i forget the name of the company that is now making re-placement bearind edges out of hard pvc. i'm not sure if it's a good thing but much cheaper than sending out your drums and they made no mention to the snare bed cut's
