Ludwig Speed-Master leather strap?

Loading...

From kevins

Checker, I don't know if it will do, but there's a Slingy strap on Ebay right now..... item number 310172462017

Thanks Kevin, it looks like the exact part, and in fact the listing refers to it as a Slingerland/Ludwig/Rogers replacement part, so I got one.

Now...anyone have a pic of the bottom of the pedal that shows the screw that goes through the leather strap? I just realized I'm missing that too. I can probably pick one up at a hardware store, but I'd like to see what it looks like, if it has a large washer, etc.

Cannon makes straps. Just got a three pack for this very pedal (well, the blue, reversible version) from Interstate for less than $10, IIRC. Haven't put it on, but looks like it's going to work.

Hi Scott, The screw on the pedal[bottom] is a flat head screw if i recall right its a 12/24 thread and yes you will need a washer-about the size of a dime] washer,You put the strap on the pedal then from the under side of the strap goes the washer and screw....mikey

Hello, Scott,

The timing of your post is quite appropriate since the strap on my Speed-Master just snapped. I've attached a few pics of my pedal. A couple of them show the screw and washer that you wanted to see. Hope they help!
