Burgundy Sparkle notwithstanding, the re-wrap changing the configuration greatly reduces the value of those drums as collectables. As a player's kit, he's pretty high on the asking price for the 3 drums (and 2 common stands?)

I'd offer $800, and if the drums are amazing sounding, go to $900. He's very unlikely to get $1450, and whoever pays that won't get their money back down the line.

I'd be amazed if the 22" is actually virgin. You should be able to see if there are any extra wholes through the clear head, but I would also check out the bearing edges if you can.
