Well, that wallpaper could be topic on its own, anyway, thanks for the nice comments. A few weeks ago I've posted a picture of the Club Date on my Facebook wall and 2/3's of the comments were about the background. :(
Actually, it could bring us to another topic and that's about taking pictures of your drums. I'm far from a professional photographer myself but when you wish to share or highlight an object by photographing it, things like positioning, framing, lighting and yes, background are very important.
A lot of pictures are posted on this forum every day but in my opinion not all of them do total justice to those beautiful restored and beloved drums.

Not so long ago I sold an Acrolite.
I bought it on Ebay (crappy dark pictures). As the snare wasn't exactly what I was looking for, I sold it a few weeks later but I attached some nice pictures to it.
Profit 60 bucks !
