Hi,
I need help identifying these...
It are probably Beverly's
but I'm looking for date, name of finish, etc
and what would be the value??
Dennis
See if you can better pix of the lugs. There is a round badge on the floor tom, they look more like Japanese or Taiwanese. I don't think Beverly ever used metal bass drum hoops.
the lugs and badge appear to be the same as this one

No, the badge in that link is a "stop sign" badge, hexagonal, the one on the kit you are looking at is round.
The badges on Supraphonic d's kit are Hex too and they do look like Beverley badges. However, the floor tom legs don't really match Bev fittings at all. Could be a set of Bev shells rewrapped?
I asked for more pics, so i'll get them up as soon as i have them!!
apparently the hardware of the bass and floor have been replaced
Sorry, I finally was able to enlarge those enough to see the badge is a hex shaped one and I was also able to see the lugs....I am an idiot....I admit it.
Actually, it seems that there are no legs at all for the floor tom. Rather, it seems that the floor tom is mounted on a circular stand. I have never seen this type of stand before. But it appears that the tom is placed on top of a round hoop (sorry, i'm not sure that this is the correct word) -that has legs attached to it.

yeah, i thought that too, don't think it's original though...
does anyone have an idea on how old the set is?
