Hey I got the drum! Came safe and sound . Two of the clips essentially blew up whenI touched them.. they most likely were fracture and broke during the shipping. Took the calf skin head off or should I say pryed the head off .. inside is black .. under the skin is brass .. looks like this was stripped a long time ago .. although there is some dashes of black still there .. any comments on that would be helpful .. also how do I find replacement clips .. Ill post more pics soon
