Yes that certainly looks original Gretsch to me, although the rings are unusual in my experience. I've attached a pic of my 1958 leg mounts and interior where you can see what I mean about the exposed screw heads and typical lack of rings.

I have another set of RB's and the floor tom shell is "normal" like yours.

BTW if you want to ship the drum to me here in Hawaii I can add the "secret formula corrosion" for real cheap... it really helps the tone plus makes your time more solid!

I would have to hold on to the drums for awhile tho...
