Are you saying you would not pay $150 for this kit after a good polish and cleanup, with the current heads ??:)

I WOULD!!! If it's for sale at that price, I'm in!

Guys, look, this is a nice kit. Not top of the roost because it needs that bit of TLC. The sale price will have to reflect the mans involvement, and of course his bottom line of pain. We all know the value of MIJ kits, but let the man get a breath of fresh air....he has to at least look about a bit to see what the market will bear.

You have do have a solid offer from a solid member, my suggestion is, take it!

They are worth every penny of that. Mine wasn't an "offer", per se. It was in response to Kevs post. I would never in a million years low ball on this forum. Bad mojo.

Arrrgg Capt. Nick.......

I'd venture up a wench or two and a barrel of mead myself, but we're six weeks outta Capetown, and running low on provisions. The crew be getting mighty tired of hard tack and stale biscuits, and mutiny's the word if we don't make sight 'o land soon. Nary a seabird nor whisper 'o wind for nigh a dozen days and nights. Even me faithful sea dog Gracy has taken to skulking 'round the scuppers in a gloomy attitude of despair.

Haha. You must read a lot of pirate books... Some fine jargon in there.

Honestly, yes, I would pay $150 for that set with the current heads, its nice enough. I like it because its a poor mans Buddy Rich set. And you could get those shells sounding sweet if you know how.
