Chicago Music Exchange. A bit pricy, but good service and easy to work with. I'd buy from them again. The actual store is very nice if you get a chance to visit.

The Jolity Drum Farm-Bobby Chaison really knows his stuff about vintage drums!

I should also mention Revival Drum Shop in Portland. Their website is a little tough to navigate, but they've got cool stuff.
They have a lot of nice pictures on their web page but I expect those are all drums they have had at one time or another, not current inventory.
Is it worth going a couple hours out of my way to visit?
